Big room in a flat in Zurich Altstetten shared with a lovely Indian-Swiss girl.
The apartment in on the third floor. Some amenities include: a dishwasher in the kitchen, a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom (big, and with a shower & bathtub), and a spacious living room with a balcony. The room has also a double door to the balcony so it receives a lot of light during the day.
The flat was renovated around 2018 so everything looks new.
You will be part of the contract and have to send to the agency the application form, your Betreibungauszug certificate and a copy of your ID or passport.
The apartment is at:
– 3 min. walking from the Grimselstrasse tram 2 stop,
– 1 min. walking from the Baslerstrasse bus 83 & 89 stop,
– 5 min. from the Bahnhof Altstetten bus 31 stop,
– 8 min. walking from the Zurich Altstetten train station.
Less than 5 min. walking away there is a Coop, pharmacy, and Otto’s, and in less than 10 min. walking away (around Lindenplatz) there is a big Migros and two Denner and a few restaurants.
You will be buying my part of the shared furniture and things in the flat (living room, kitchen, bathroom, various utensils), which is around 250 francs.
I am happy to sell you some of the furniture in my room too if you are interested for a super good price, otherwise I will bring it with me.
