Bedroom with balcony in shared apartment Kreis 7

Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate to take over a room in our beautiful shared apartment and also to take over the main lease.

The room is the master bedroom with direct access to a private balcony which gives on the interior court of the building and has all its windows facing a calm zone 30 inner street. The room is roughly 15m^2 and has a lot of natural lights.
There is a large common living room, a bathroom with a shower and a smaller bathroom with just toilets and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a lot of storage and a dishwasher. The two washing machines, the two dryers and a ventilated room for drying which are shared among only 4 apartments in the building are located in the basement and are accessible at no additional fee.

You would share the apartment with two Welschs from Romandie who are a 28 y.o. female software engineer and a 24 y.o. computer science student at ETH finishing his master thesis. We speak english, french, german, Züridütsch and polish. We like to spend time in the evening by chilling together watching movies and having a beer. We usually also cook together and try to eat lunch and dinner all around the same table.

Room: 1293.- monthly (includes water+heating+compost)
Total rent is 3353.-
Variable costs: 50.- monthly (electricity+internet)
Deposit for lease is: 7000.- (to be splitted among the three tenants)
