Hi there! We are looking for someone to join our flat for the next couple of months before the building will be renovated (As the whole building will be renovated, we all have to move out either by October 2021 or March 2022). Currently, we are going through some changes in composition: After years of running the show, Luca will leave the flat end of January, opening up a spot for you. End of March, Michi (m, 25) will move out, making space for Flurin (m, 27), the younger brother of Luca. Providing some stability during these uncertain times is only Tobi (m, 32), a biomedical-engineer turning architect.
The flat is perfectly located on a quiet street right in the center of Oerlikon: Only 6 min walking to Bahnhof Oerlikon and 3 min to Sternen Oerlikon. Per S-Bahn to the main station or airport in just 12 min. Grocery stores (open till 10pm), restaurants and bars just around the corner.
The Room is Room about 13 m2, unfurnished with one large, south-facing window and parquet flooring. Part of a 3 people shared flat with lots of common space: kitchen, living room, bathroom and two balconies. 670 CHF per month everything included (Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity) + 80 CHF for biweekly professional cleaning. The room is limited to the end of June 2021.

Hoi zäme! Wir suchen jemanden, der für die kommenden Monate die ehrenvolle Aufgabe eines Mitbewohners/in in unserer 3er-WG übernimmt, bevor das Gebäude renoviert/abgerissen wird (Entweder Oktober 2021 oder März 2022). Wir gehen gerade durch eine kleine Umbruchphase: Unser langgedienter Mitbewohner Luca wird die Wohnung Ende Januar verlassen und dafür holen wir dich dazu. Ende März wird Michi (m, 25) ausziehen und Platz für Flurin (m, 27) machen, den jüngeren Bruder von Luca. Für Stabilität in diesen unsicheren Zeiten sorgt nur Tobi (m, 32), ein Biomedizin-Ingenieur auf dem Weg zum Architekt.
Die Wohnung liegt perfekt in einer ruhigen Straße mitten im Zentrum von Oerlikon: Nur 6 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof Oerlikon und 3 Minuten zum Sternen Oerlikon. Per S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof oder Flughafen in nur 12 min. Lebensmittelgeschäfte (bis 22 Uhr geöffnet), Restaurants und Bars gleich um die Ecke.
Der Raum ist Raum ca. 13 m2, unmöbliert mit einem großen Fenster mit Südausrichtung und Parkettboden. Teil einer 3-Personen-Wohngemeinschaft mit viel Gemeinschaftsraum: Küche, Wohnzimmer, Bad und zwei Balkone. 670 CHF pro Monat alles inklusive (Wi-Fi, Wasser, Strom) + 80 CHF für die professionelle Reinigung alle zwei Wochen. Das Zimmer ist befristet bis Ende Juni 2021.
