Hi there!

The room
is unfurnished, 14m2 with a walk-in closet. The rent is 540CHF/month and an extra 100.- CHF/month for internet, water, electricity, heating, basic food, and a bit of extra (parties or other occasions). The total cost is 640.-/month.

The flat
is shared among 6 people and in total is around 200m2. We have a big living room with a long dining table, connected to an open kitchen. There is a laundry machine and a place to hang clothes in the flat.

The house
is situated next to Albisriederplatz, with a Coop right across the street. The house lies inside a courtyard, making it a very quiet place, protected from the traffic of Badenerstrasse. We also have a huge garden where we grill, hang around, and grow our own veggies.

We
are all in our mid-thirties. Our backgrounds are Architecture, Medicine, Teaching, Psychology and Philosophy. Two of us are from Switzerland, two from Germany and one from Greece. We speak (Swiss-)German but English is our general language. We all are very curious people, interested in many different topics, and enjoy discussing various things. We enjoy living together, listening to music, drinking cocktails around the kitchen bar, and watching movies on our projector. We sometimes go out for coffee or redecorate and build things for the flat in our small wood workshop. In summer we spend a lot of time in the garden. That does not mean though that we do everything together! We respect each other's privacy and the need for „me time“.

You
are preferably somewhere around 33-38 years old, female, working or part-time studying/working or whatever. You speak English and enjoy living with other people.
