Colocation in 3,5 room apartment March 1st with panoramic view on the lake

Hello !
We are looking for someone to take over my room in a 3.5 room apartment (78.5m2) on March 1st with my great roommate Philipp!
The room has a very nice panoramic view on the lake and the mountains.

- IMPORTANT: -
The idea is to take over the lease with Philipp, the current roommate. So we will only accept candidates with a solvent file to complete Philipp's one:
Three last salary slips + certificate from the debt collection office less than three months old + ID + residence permit if foreign nationality + RC insurance + Bernard Nicod rental form.
Please note that there is no lift in the building.

- Your future roommate -
Philipp is doing a PhD at EPFL (2nd year of the PhD) in economic and strategic process optimization. He is German and likes outdoor activities (snowboard, hiking, etc.). He would like to share the apartment with someone who is calm, respectful of the place and the people and speaks English.

- Location -
The apartment is located in the Rumine area, below the Parc Montrepos. It is a 3.5 room apartment of 78.5m2 on the 4th floor (top floor), with 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, 1 closed kitchen, 1 bathroom, a cellar and a common laundry room (no schedule defined).
The apartment has been renovated in July 2021 and is very well equipped (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher). It is crossing. The bedroom and the living room are south facing. There is a nice view on the lake and the mountains which I will miss and almost no facing building!
The room won't be furnished (except if you want to take the bed). The rest of the apartment is furnished with the possibility to bring some additional furnitures.

- Rent -
The total rent is 2'100 CHF including charges (except Internet, 20 CHF extra / month), or 1'050 CHF per person + 20 CHF Internet.

Nous recherchons quelqu'un pour reprendre ma chambre dans un appartement de 3.5 pièces (78.5m2) au 1er Mars prochain avec mon super coloc Philipp !
La chambre présente très belle vue panoramique sur le lac et les montagnes.

- IMPORTANT: -
L'idée serait de reprendre le bail avec Philipp, le colocataire actuel. Donc nous n'accepterons que des candidats avec un dossier solvable pour compléter celui de Philipp:
Trois dernières fiches de salaire + attestation de l'office des poursuites de moins de trois mois + pièce d'identité + permis de séjour si nationalité étrangère + assurance RC + le formulaire Bernard Nicod dûment rempli et signé.

- Ton futur coloc -
Philipp fait un doctorat à l'EPFL (2ème année du doctorat) en optimisation économique et stratégique des processus. Il est d'origine allemande et aime les activités de plein air (snowboard, randos, etc.). Il souhaiterait partager l'appartement avec quelqu'un de calme, respectueux des lieux et des gens et parlant Anglais.

- Localisation -
L'appartement se situe dans quartier de Rumine, en-dessous du Parc Montrepos. C'est un 3.5 pièces de 78.5m2 au 4ème étage (dernier étage), avec 2 chambres, 1 grand séjour, 1 cuisine agencée fermée, 1 salle de bain, une cave et buanderie commune (pas de planning défini).
L'appartement a été rénové en juillet 2021 et est très bien équipé (four, plaque vitro-céramique, lave-vaisselle). Il est traversant. La chambre à reprendre et le séjour donnent au Sud. Il y a une jolie vue sur le lac et les montagnes qui va me manquer et quasiment aucun vis à vis !
La chambre ne sera pas meublée (sauf si souhait de reprendre le lit). Le reste de l'appartement est meublé avec possibilité de ramener des meubles supplémentaires.
